Install the handlebar and gas throttle
1. Use a 5mm allen wrench to losely install the bolds. Be sure to center the handlebar
and ensure stem clamp faceplate bolts are secured to the recommended torque
value. Rotate the handlebar angle, to fit the rider comfortably.
2. If you find this difficult, consult a certified, reputable and local bike fitting specialist for
assistance with properly fitting the bike handlebar to a rider.
3. To install the gas throttle, first remove the existing handle/handgrip. Unpack the gas
throttle, guide it over the handlebar untill there is no room left. Thighten the bold on the
throttle to position it. Unwrap the cable cord organizer to reveal the gas throttle
connector. Allign the internal pins and external arrows of the gas throttle connector and
press directly together to fully seat the connection. Now reinstall the cable cord
organizer, to cover the connector and cables.
Install front wheel
The frontwheel comes seperately packed inside the box. Locate the quick release lever. Open
the lever and remove the thumb nut and cone spring (opposite the lever). Remove the quick
release skewer from the plate, keeping the washer and other cone spring in place on the lever
side. Install the skewer into the front wheel axle from the brake rotor side. Reinstall the cone
spring so it points towards the wheel hub then thread the thumb nut onto the skewer only a
couple turns, leaving room for the fork dropouts.
