See relevant section 'Mounting the actua-
tor onto the valve' in the 'Installation'
chapter.
12. Carefully slide the packing parts over the
plug stem into the packing chamber us-
ing a suitable tool. Observe the proper
sequence (see Fig.9-3).
13. Firmly press the plug (5) into the seat (4).
Fasten down the ange (2) with the body
nuts (14). Tighten the nuts gradually in a
crisscross pattern. Observe tightening
torques.
14. Screw in the threaded bushing (8) and
tighten it. Observe tightening torques.
15. Place yoke (3) on the ange (2) and fas-
ten using the castellated nut (92).
16. Loosely screw the lock nut (10) and stem
connector nut (9) onto the plug stem.
ADSEAL packing
1. Proceed as described in “Standard pack-
ing (PTFE)”, steps1 to 11.
2. Carefully slide the packing parts over the
plug stem into the packing chamber us-
ing a suitable tool. Observe the proper
sequence (see Fig.9-4).
3. Slide the seals (15.2) over the plug stem.
