Check the cable connections. Ensure your external device’s (Cable/Sat Box, DVD, Blu-ray etc) video outputs match the connections to the TV input. Make sure your connected devices are powered on. Select the correct source on your TV using the SOURCE button on the remote. You can also try rebooting the connected device by reconnecting its power cable.
