Why is Anynet+ not working on my Samsung TV?

To troubleshoot Anynet+ issues on your Samsung TV, verify the following: * The connected device is an Anynet+ device, as the system supports only these devices. * Only one receiver (home theater) is connected. * The Anynet+ device's power cord is properly connected. * The Video/Audio/HDMI 1.3 cable connections of the Anynet+ device are secure. * Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled in the Anynet+ setup menu. * The TV remote control is in TV mode. * You are using an Anynet+ exclusive remote control. * Be aware that Anynet+ may not function during channel searches or while operating WISELINK. * After connecting or disconnecting the HDMI 1.3 cable, search for devices again or power cycle your TV. * The Anynet+ function of the Anynet+ device is enabled.
