1. Causes of Failure
1) Power voltage out of the motion boundary or poor power cord contact.
2) Poor motor driving condenser or poor contact.
3) Motor cut or short.
4) Connecting harness cut or poor contact.
5) Poor Main PCB : poor relay (RY705 ~ RY708)
2. Inspection Items
1) Power voltage? (AC198V ~ AC264V)
2) Connection of motor connecting harness?
3) Contact of Fan motor driving condenser terminal?
3. Inspection Procedure
Turn power off and on in 5 seconds.
Check indoor Fan motor edge voltage, AC220V?
Inspect and exchange indoor Fan motor.
Control both operating mode key and
remote control key to enter ''FAN'' mode.
Select Turbo, High, Medium or Low by
Fan speed key, then see if RY708(Low), RY707(Medium),
RY706(High), or RY705(Turbo) operates.
Check Fan speed output wave style of pins
No. MICOM(U101)#20, 21, 22 and 23 "HIGH"?
Check relay coil edge voltage for each
Fan speed(Turbo/High/Medium/Low), DC12V?
Select Turbo, High, Medium or Low by Fan speed
key, then check the speed of Indoor Fan Motor.
Good Indoor Fan motor
Good relay
MICOM(U101) Inspection and
exchange
Check connecting harness cut.
Check Fan speed output

No. U104 #10, #11, #12
and #13, "LOW"?

exchange U104.
