1. Causes of Failure
1) Low remote control voltage.
2) Poor receiving module of panel PCB remote control.
2. Inspection Items
1) Check "Beep" sound from the indoor unit panel. This indicates normal signal transmission from remote control.
3. Inspection Procedure
Turn power off and on in 5 seconds.
Check wave style from panel PCB MICOM
U101 Pin No. #20, spherical?
Press On/Off button on panel, then real
temperature displayed and start running?
Press On/Off button on remote control,
then "Beep" sound and stop running?
Check remote control battery voltage, over DC2.5V?
Exchange panel PCB MICOM(IC101).
Press On/Off button on remote control
after exchanged, in normal operation?
Check the inspection items
during power off.
Exchange remote control.
Exchange panel PCB
receiving module.
