1. Causes of Failure
1) HVPS connecting harness cut or poor contact.
2) Reed switch harness cut, wrong wiring, or poor contact.
3) Dust collecting plate short.
4) Poor part of HVPS.
2. Inspection Items
1) Connection of HVPS connecting harness?
2) Connection of reed switch harness?
3. Inspection Procedure
Turn power off and on in 5 seconds.
Check voltage between
HVPS input edges, DC12V?
Power on and Air cleaner on with remote control.
Check voltage between CN710
No. #1 ↔ #2, DC12V?
Check MICOM Pin No. #23, "HIGH"?
Inspect and exchange HVPS assembly
✳ You are not able to check the input voltage of HVPS unless Reed switch contacts the magnet.
Check MICOM Pin No. #15, "LOW"? Inspect and exchange U12.
Check if the connecting
harness was cut.
Inspect and exchange
Main PCB.
Inspect and exchange
MICOM(U101).
