1. Causes of Failure
1) Perfect(Electrostatic dust collector) breakdown.
2) Reed switch harness cut or poor contact.
3) Poor anion generator connecting harness.
4) Poor part of anion generator.
2. Inspection Items
1) Connecting harness?
2) Connection of reed S/W harness?
3. Inspection Procedure
Turn power off and on in 5 seconds.
Check voltage between
CN710 No. #3 and CN707 No. #4, DC12V?
Perfect on and Anion generator on.
Check voltage between Anion generator input
connector No. #1 ↔ 3, DC12V?
Check voltage of MICOM Pin No. #44, 5V?
Check voltage between HVPS white connector
No. #1 ↔ 3, DC12V?
Exchange anion generator.
Check voltage between CN707 No. #3 ↔ #4, 12V?
Exchange anion generator.
Exchange the connecting
harness.
Exchange Main PCB.
Exchange reed switch.

5-3-9 When Anion Generator does not operate.
1. Be sure to put PERFECT into cleaning to run the Anion Generator.
2. Reed S/W shall remain contact with the magnet for its operation, too.
