1) Motor & Sensor PCB connecting harness cut or poor contact.
2) Poor Main PCB
3) Poor device
2. Inspection Items
1) Connecting harness?
2) Voltage of MICOM #33 while shutter operates. This shall be 5V; otherwise Main PCB must be poor?
3. Inspection Procedure
Turn power off and on in 5 seconds.
Power on or off.
Rise with shutter.
Descend with shutter.
Check voltage between
CN704 No. #1 ↔ #5, 220V?
Check voltage between
CN704 No. #1 ↔ #5, 220V?
Defection of both
shutter and motor
Defection of both
shutter and motor
Exchange Main PCB.
Exchange Relay.
- RY709 : Exchange in case poor Open.
- RY710 : Exchange in case poor Close.
Check coil voltages of RY709(Open) and
RY710(Close), DC12V?
