Is the outdoor unit’s temperature over 40˚C or
under -30˚C?
**Cool Mode
Is the outdoor unit’s temperature under -7˚C?

4-3-20 capacity miss match error When is displayed
1. Checklist :
1)Check the Btu between indoor unit and outdoor unit
2) Check the indoor unit’s option code and outdoor unit’s EEPROM data.
2.Troubleshooting procedure
Exchange the one of them according to the exact
model spec

Exchange the outdoor unit’s PBA

Re-set the option code again at indoor unit
Terminate the service
