8 Install the window gasket.
Cut the foam window gasket to the window width and stuff it between the
window and the glass to prevent air and insects from getting into the room.
9 Check for air leaks and seal.

Plug in the power cord connected to the air conditioner. Turn the air
conditioner on and operate it in Coot mode.
Check to make sure there are no unusual vibrations.
After several minutes, the unit will blow out cold air.
If the unit does not, please return it to the dealer.
