3-6-1. Refrigerant Refill
● Refill the air-conditioner with refrigerant when the refrigerant has leaked during the installing or using.

Turn the suction valve clockwise to close,
connect the pressure gauge(low pressure side)
to the service valve, and open the suction
valve again.

Connect the tank to refill with Refrigerant

Set the unit to cool operation mode.

Check the pressure indicated by the pressure
gauge(low pressure side).
* Standard pressure should be 4.5~5.5kg/cm
2
in a regular, operation mode.

Open the refrigerant tank and fill with refrigerant
until the rated pressure is reached.
* It is recommended not to pour the refrigerant in
too quickly, but gradually while operating a pres-
sure valve.

Close the suction valve, disconnect the
pressure gauge, and open the suction
valve again.

Close the cap of each valve.

Stop operation of the air conditioner.

• You must not add the R407C refrigerant
without purging and vacuum procedure.
