Ringtones and Keypad Tones
To set up your ringtones and keypad tones:
1. From the Call settings screen, touch
Ringtones and
keypad tones
.
2. Touch
Device ringtone
, touch , select a ringtone,
and touch
OK
.
3. Touch
Device vibration
, touch , select a vibration
type, and touch
OK
.
4. Next to
Vibrate when ringing
, t
ouch the check box
to activate this setting,
if you want your phone to vibrate
when a call is incoming.
5. Next to
Keytones
, touch
the check box
to create a
check mark, if you want tones to play when the keypad
is pressed.
Call Alert
To set up your call alerts:
1. From the Call settings screen, touch
Call alert
.
2. Touch
Call vibrations
and then touch
Answer vibration
to enable your phone to vibrate when the called party
answers the phone.
Touch
Call-end vibration
to enable your phone to
vibrate when the other person ends the call.
3. Touch
Call status tones
to set the sound settings during
a call and then touch
OK
.
4. Touch
Alerts on call
to turn off alarm and message
notifications during a call.
Answering and Ending Calls
To manage call answering and ending settings:
From the Call settings screen, touch
Answering/ending
calls
.
The following options are available:
• The home key answers calls
: Enable this option to accept
incoming calls by pressing the Home key.
• The power key ends calls
: Enable this option to end a call by
pressing the power key without turning off the screen.
