Contacts Options
You can access Contacts options while at the main Contacts
screen or while in the details screen for a specific entry.
Options in Contacts
To access Contacts options from the Contacts list:
1. From a Home screen, touch
Apps
➔
Contacts
then touch
Menu
.
2. The following options display:
• Delete:
Delete one or more of your contacts.
•Import/Export
: Move contacts to or from your memory card.

•Merge with Samsung
: Merge your contacts together with your
Samsung account contacts.
• Merge with Google
: Merge your contacts together with your
Google account contacts.
•Accounts
: Add a new account or manage an existing
accounts. Touch
Add account
and then follow the on-screen
instructions. For more information, refer to
“Synchronizing
Accounts”
on page 67.
• Speed dial setting
: Set up speed-dialing. For more
information, refer to
“Using Speed Dial”
on page 44.
• Send email
: Send an email to one or more contacts.
• Send message
: Send a text or picture message to one or more
contacts.
• Contacts to display
: You can choose to display All contacts,
only contacts saved to the SIM or Phone, email or Gmail
contacts, or a Customized list. Touch a selection and touch
Done
.
• Settings
: Displays the following options:

Only contacts with phones
: Display only contacts that have
phone numbers.

List by
: Sort by First name or Last name.
–
Display contacts by
: Display First name or Last name first.
–
Service numbers
: Display or edit your service numbers. For
more information, refer to
“Using the Service Dialing
Numbers”
on page 67.

Contact sharing settings
: Set up how to send contacts by
way of Bluetooth in the form of namecards.
