Multimedia message (MMS) settings
•Auto-retrieve
: Sets the message system to retrieve messages
automatically.
•Creation mode
: Select the creation mode. Options are:

Restricted
: Only create and submit messages with content
belonging to the Core MM Content Domain.

Warning
: The phone will warn you with pop up messages that
you are creating a multimedia message that does not fit the
Core MM Content Domain.

Free
: Add any content to the message.
•MMS alert
: Receive an alert when MMS mode becomes
active.
Push message settings
• Push messages
: Receive push messages from the network.
Call Broadcast (CB) settings
• CB activation
: Receive Cell Broadcast (CB) messages.
• Channel configuration
: Set up the channel that you will
receive CB messages on.
Notification settings
• Notifications
: See message notifications on your status bar.
• Select ringtone
: Set the ringtone for your message
notifications.
•Vibrate
: Configure the vibration mode associated with
message alerts.
• Message alert repetition
: Set the interval for new message
alerts.
•Preview message
: Enable this option to view a preview of new
message text on the Status bar.
Emergency message settings
• Emergency alerts
: Set which alert types to receive: extreme,
severe, or AMBER.
• Emergency notification preview
: Play a sample emergency
alert tone.
• Alert reminder
: Set the alert reminder to once, every 2 or 15
minutes, or off.
