phoneandtheserver.

Sync Email:Whenenabled,yourphonemaintainssynchronizationwithyouremail
account.Thelastsynchronizationisdisplayed.

Sync schedule:Setoptionsforsynchronizingyourphonewithyouremailaccount.
AvailablewhenSyncEmailisenabled.

Period to sync Email:Chooseatimeperiodtomaintainsynchronizationbetweenyour
phoneandtheemailserver.

Size to retrieve emails:Chooseamaximumsizeforemails,foryourphoneto
automaticallyretrieveduringsynchronization.Forlargeremails,yourphonewillprompt
youtodownloadthecontentswhenyouopenthem.
l Signature:WhenOn,atextsignatureisautomaticallyaddedtoemailsyousend.Tapthe
ON/OFFswitchtoturnsignaturesOnorOff.AfterturningsignaturesOn,tapSignatureto
editthedefaulttextsignature.
l Out of office settings:Configureoptionsforautomaticresponsestoincomingemailswhen
youareoutoftheofficeforatimeperiodyouspecify.
l Default account:Assignanaccountasthedefaultemailaccountforoutgoingmessages.
Whenyoulaunchanemailfromotherapps,theemailwillautomaticallybefromthisaccount.
