To start your trans
fer:
1. Select Transfer my number from
another phone.
2. Ensure the information you entered is correct and matches ho
w it appears on your latest bill.
3. Submit the transfer request.
4. You will be informed along the way about your transfer. This may take several hours.
Note: When requesting a different number, you may need to reset your phone once the transfer is
complete.
To reset your phone:
1. From home, tap Phone
> Keypad
tab to display the phone keypad.
