Troubleshooting
Problem: Call does not connect.
Solution 1: Was the number dialed using the correct area code?
Solution 2: Are you in an area with poor wireless coverage? Try calling again from another area.
Call Emergency Numbers
You can place calls to 9-1-1 even if the phone’s screen is locked or your account is restricted.
To call the 9-1-1 emergency number when the phone’s screen is locked with a screen lock:
1. From the Lock screen, tap Emergency call.
As long as you are in an area covered by wireless
service, the emergency call is placed.
To call the 9-1-1 emergency number normally or when your ac
count is restricted:
1. Unlock the screen. For mo
