Calling
Learn to use calling functions, such as making and answering
calls, using options available during a call, or customising and
using call-related features.
To prevent accidental inputs, your device locks the
touch screen during a call automatically. To unlock the
touch screen, double-tap Double-tap to unlock.
Make a call

In the application list, select
1
Phone
→
Keypad, and then
enter an area code and a phone number.
Select
2
to make a voice call.
Select
3
End call to end the call.
You can save numbers that you call frequently in the

contact list. ► p. 74
To access the call log and redial numbers you have

called recently, select Phone
→
Logs.
Answer a call

During an incoming call, select
1
and then drag your
finger outside of the large circle.
To mute the ringtone, press the Volume key.
Select
2
End call to end the call.
