Why can't I connect to the BD-LIVE server on my Samsung HT-D6759W Home Theater System?

First, ensure your network connection is successful using the Network Test menu. Also, verify that a USB memory device is connected to your product and has at least 1GB of free space for the BD-LIVE service. Finally, check that the BD-LIVE Internet Connection menu is set to Allow(All).
