The oven offers three main operational modes:

Manual Mode: This mode allows users to manually set the cooking parameters. It includes:

- Convection Combo: Combines microwave energy with hot air for reduced cooking time and a crispy, browned surface. Temperature range: 40-200 °C (microwave power 100-450 W), default 180 °C (450 W), max time 60 min.
- Microwave: Uses high-frequency electromagnetic waves to cook or reheat food without changing its form or color. Power range: 100-900 W, default 900 W, max time 90 min.
- Grill: Uses heating elements to grill food like meat. Temperature: 180 °C, max time 60 min.
- Grill Combo: Combines heating elements with microwave energy for enhanced grilling. Temperature range: 180 °C (microwave power 100-600 W), default 180 °C (600 W), max time 60 min.
Auto Mode: This mode simplifies cooking with pre-programmed settings. It includes:
- Air Fry: Offers 12 programs for frying with less oil, combining convection, top heating elements, and/or microwave energy for tasty results.
- Auto Cook: Provides 20 auto cooking programs for beginners, adjusting cooking time and temperature based on the selected recipe.
- Power Defrost: Offers 5 defrosting programs, automatically adjusting time and power level for convenience.
Special Functions:
- Keep Warm: Uses only the convection heating element to keep cooked food warm. Temperature range: 50-80 °C, default 60 °C, max time 3 hours. This function is not for reheating cold food and should not run for more than 3 hours to maintain food quality.
- Deodorization: Removes bad smells from the oven. Max time 15 min.

Usage Features:

Clock Setting: Users can set the correct time, which is crucial for automatic operations. The clock time cannot be changed during operation.
Sound On/Off: Key tones, beeps, or alarms can be turned on or off in Standby mode.
Turntable: The oven includes a roller ring and a turntable, which must be properly installed for free rotation. The turntable can be toggled on/off.

Cookware: Only microwave-safe utensils should be used. Metallic containers, gold/silver trimmed dinnerware, and skewers are not allowed in Microwave mode due to arcing risk. For Convection and Grill Combo modes, ovenproof cookware like glass, pottery, or bone china without metal trim is recommended.
Preheating: The oven preheats until it reaches the set temperature, indicated by a beep and the disappearance of an icon. Cooking time can be set after preheating.
Cooking Smart Guides: Detailed guides are provided for various food types in different cooking modes, including Air Fry, Auto Cook, Power Defrost, and Steam cooking, with recommended serving sizes, power levels, cooking times, and standing times.
Quick & Easy Functions: Includes specific instructions for melting butter, chocolate, crystallized honey, gelatine, cooking glaze/icing, and making jam.

Maintenance Features:

Regular Cleaning: The oven should be cleaned regularly to prevent food deposits and surface deterioration. Special attention should be paid to the door, door seals, turntable, and roller ring.
Stubborn Odor Removal: A method is provided to remove bad smells by heating diluted lemon juice in the oven.
Swing-Heater Cleaning: For models with a swing-heater, the top heating element can be lowered by 45° to facilitate cleaning of the upper cooking chamber.
Safety Precautions for Cleaning: Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners, sharp metal scrapers, steam cleaners, or water jets. Ensure the door and seals are clean for smooth operation.
Light Bulb Replacement: Contact a local Samsung service center for light bulb replacement; users should not attempt it themselves.
