If neither the display nor the oven of your Samsung Microwave Oven are working, try the following: Ensure the plug is properly inserted into a grounded outlet. If the outlet is controlled by a wall switch, verify that the switch is turned on. Try removing the plug from the outlet, waiting ten seconds, and then plugging it back in. Also, check your circuit breaker and reset it, or replace any blown fuse. You can also try plugging another appliance into the same outlet to see if the outlet works; if it doesn't, have a qualified electrician repair the outlet. As a last resort, try plugging the oven into a different outlet.
