Clearing Paper Jams

Open and close the front cover to
resume printing.
Note: If the Paper and the Error lights
do not turn off, there is still jammed
paper inside the printer. Check the
inside of the printer.

Grasp the front cover by both sides of
the cover and pull it toward you to
open.
Note: Paper jams in this area may result in loose toner on the page. If you get any toner on
your clothes, wash them in cold water because hot water will set the toner into the fabric.
