If you smell gas when using your Samsung Range, first ensure that all surface burner knobs are in the OFF position. If the burner was not lit and the knob wasn't OFF, turn it to OFF. If the smell persists, there may be a gas leak. In this case, evacuate the area immediately and call your gas supplier from a neighbor's phone, avoiding the use of your own phone. Follow their instructions carefully. If you cannot reach your gas supplier, contact the fire department.
