3. Position the phone over the document.
4. Press the Confirm key.
Your phone recognizes the document and
converts it to a text file.
5. To save the text as a note file, press <Add
to Note>
<OK>.
6. To copy and paste the text into another
application, select <Menu>
Copy/Paste.
Voice Recognition
Nuance Voice Recognition software is can be
used to voice activate a wide variety of
functions on your phone, including dialing and
searching. No pre-recording or training is
required. Speak a contact name to dial, and
use your voice to look up contacts, launch
applications and navigate phone menus.
1. On the Home screen, press <Start>
Voice Recognition.
2. After the audio prompt (beep or voice
command “Say a Command”), speak a
command. A list of possible voice
commands is briefly displayed.
Voice Commands
The following voice commands are available:
1.
Call <Name or #>:
Dials the spoken
number or the number associated with the
spoken name in your contact list. If multiple
numbers exist (i.e., home, work, cell phone),
say the name and the number type.
2. Send Text <Name or #>: displays the
Create Text Message screen and enters
the recipient’s phone number.
3. Send Email <Name>:displays the Create
Email screen and enters the recipient’s
email address.
