Set up a Bluetooth COM port
When you connect to a Bluetooth device
supporting the Serial profile, you can establish a
Bluetooth COM port.
1. On the Home screen, press <Start>
Settings Connections Bluetooth
Bluetooth.
2. Press <Menu> COM Ports <Menu>
New Outgoing Port.
3. Scroll to the name of the device and press
<Select>.
4. Choose a COM port.
5. Select the check box next to Secure
Connection to create a secure connection
between the devices.
6. Press <Done>.
USB
You can connect with other devices as a
network device or external memory device
using the USB interface.
Set a default action for your USB
connection
To set your phone to perform a default action
when you connect the phone to a PC with the
PC data cable
1. On the Home screen, press <Start>
Settings Connections USB.
2. Set the default USB mode (ActiveSync or
Mass storage).
Received items are placed in the My
Documents folder.
