Other call settings
Ignore with message
Create messages to use when rejecting incoming calls. For more
information, see “Ignoring a call with a message” on page 37.
1. From a Home screen, touch Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Call
settings ➔ Ignore with message .
2. Touch Create .
3. Enter the message text, then touch Save .
Note: To erase messages, touch Menu ➔ Delete .
North American dialing
When you enable the North American dialing feature the phone
automatically replaces the +1 with an International dialing code
in the area that you are located. Touch North American dialing to
enable. A checkmark appears.
Setting up the International Dialing code
Note: To set international dialing code. North American dialing must be
unchecked.
1. From a Home screen, touch Menu ➔ Settings ➔
Call settings ➔ International Dialing .
2. Deselect the North American dialing feature (if selected).
3. Enter an international dialing code in the field and touch
OK .
If North American dialing is selected, the phone
automatically uses the international dialing code you
entered in step 3.
View call timer
View the length of the Last call, all Outgoing calls, all Incoming
calls, all Roaming calls, or All calls.
Auto retry
When enabled, your phone will automatically re-attempt a call
when it encounters a network busy signal.
1. From a Home screen, touch Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Call
settings .
2. Touch Auto retry to enable or disable automatic call retry.
When enabled, a check mark displays in the check box.
