Problem Action
I cannot communicate with the system
controller.

Check if the RS-485 communication cable is connected properly.
•
If the communication state is unstable due to a noise on the communication line,
connect the G port of the device to the G port of SPC-6000.
•
Check if the address of the system controller is specified properly.
•
For specifying the address, refer to “Controller Setting” from “Menu Setting”.

The USB memory is not recognized
properly.

Check if the USB memory works properly.
•
Use only one USB memory and try again.
