How Does it Work?
Having a Samsung Tech remotely service your TV is easy.
Call the Samsung Contact Center
and ask for remote support.
Open the menu on your TV and go
to the Support section.
Select Remote Management, and
then read and agree to the service
agreements. When the PIN screen
appears, provide the PIN number to
the agent.
The agent accesses your TV.
Finding the Information You Need for Service
MENU > Support > Contact Samsung

Use this option to display the address of the Samsung website, the call center phone number, your
TV's model number, your TV's software version, the Smart Hub info, and other information you need
to get service support from a Samsung call agent or the Samsung website.
