Usage Features:
- Loading: Fill the tub with dry, unfolded clothes, spacing them evenly. Delicate items should be washed in the Delicates cycle. Bulky items (comforters, blankets) should be washed one at a time in the Bedding/Waterproof cycle. Overloading should be avoided, especially for heavily soiled loads.
- Adding Forgotten Items: Press START/PAUSE, wait for the door to unlock, open, add the item, close the door, and press START/PAUSE again to resume.
- Detergent Use: Designed for high-efficiency (HE) detergents. Use liquid or powdered detergent and additives in the automatic dispenser. Do not use regular detergent.
- Prewash (Water Jet & Built-in Sink): Hand-wash items in the built-in sink using the Water Jet function. The Water Jet operates when the lid is open and water level is less than High, and automatically stops after 5 minutes or when maximum water level is detected.
- Child Lock: Activates by pressing and holding Temp. and Spin simultaneously for 3 seconds. Locks all buttons except POWER. Displays "dC" or "CL" if the lid is opened while active, and may initiate forced draining.
- Garment Plus: Allows adding or removing laundry items after a cycle has started, as long as the Garment Plus indicator is on. Press START/PAUSE to unlock the lid.
- My Cycle: Allows users to save customized wash cycles (temperature, spin, soil level, etc.) and recall them with a single button.
- Delay End: Sets the washer to start automatically at a later time, up to 24 hours in one-hour increments.
- Pre Soak: Adds 18 minutes of soaking time for heavily contaminated or stained laundry.

Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning the Exterior: Turn off water faucets after washing. Wipe up detergent, bleach, or other spills with a soft cloth. Clean the control panel with a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasive powders or direct spray.
- Cleaning the Interior (Self Clean): Perform the Self Clean cycle at least once a month or every 20 cycles to remove dirt, soil, odor, mold, mildew, or bacterial residue. Remove all items from the tub before running Self Clean. Add 1 cup (8 fl.oz, 240 ml) of liquid chlorine bleach to the bleach compartment if residue is present. A reminder icon blinks after 20 washing cycles.
- Storing the Washer: Turn off water faucets, disconnect inlet hoses, unplug the washer, and leave the lid open to allow air circulation. If stored in below-freezing temperatures, allow time for any leftover water to thaw before use.
- Protecting the Top Cover and Front Frame: Do not place heavy or sharp objects or detergent boxes on the washer to prevent scratches or damage.
- Cleaning Mesh Filter: Clean the mesh filters in the water inlets once or twice a year. Turn off the washer, unplug, close faucets, disconnect hoses, pull out filters with pliers, clean debris, dry, reinsert, reconnect hoses, and open faucets.
