►Troubleshootingmethod
※First,turnthemachineoffthenon.Iftheerrorpersists,refertothefollowing.
1)Checkifthemotorconnectoronthemainboardisconnectedproperly.Reconnectit.
2)OPCcouplerhasoverloaded.Afterremovingthetonercartridge,rotatetheOPCcoupler.(Spec:6kgf.cm)Ifthere
isanydamage,theOPCcouplercan’trotatewell.Replacethetonercartridge.
3)ThemainBLDCmotorisdefective.
-Unplugtheconnectorfromthemotorcarefully.
-ReplacethemainBLDCmotorwithnewone.
4)Iftheproblempersists,replacethemainboard.
