Your Sandstrom Dishwasher might not be starting because the door isn't properly closed. Ensure you close the door firmly. Another reason could be that the unit isn't connected to the mains; connect the plug to the mains. Finally, check if the unit is switched on by pressing the “on/off “ button and selecting a program.
