Removing
the
protective
packings
To
remove
the
packings
used
for
tonearm
protection,
pull
them
toward
the
direction
indicated
by
the
arrows,
as
shown
in
the
illustration.
"Removing
shipping
screws
With
a
screwdriver,
remove
the
two
shipping
screws
together
with
the
red
cardboards.
Keep
them
for
possible
future
use;
re-ship
the
unit
only
after
re-securing
the
parts
as
originally
shipped.

Setting
up
turntable
To
mount
the
platter
on
the
turntable,
fit
the
platter
slowly
and
gently.
onto
the
motor
spindle,
taking
care
not
to
apply
any
unreasonable
force:
to
the
spindle.
When
the
platter
is
securely
fitted,
place
the
rubber
mat:
on
it.
