Before.disassembling
the
unit,
spread
a
soft
rubber
mat
or
a
cloth
on
the
workbench
to
avoid
scratches
and
grease
stains.

Do
not
use
a
material
which
is
likely
to
cause
static

electricity
because
transistors
and
ICs
may
be
easily
damaged
by
it.

Reassemble
the
unit,
noting
the
kinds
of
screws,
the
soldering
and
arrangement
of
the
leads.
Refer
to
“Circuit
Diagram
and
Exploded
Views”
for
correct
assembly.

Before
disassembling
the
unit,
take
out
the
cassette
tape
and
the
batteries.

Reassemble
in
reverse
order.

Remove
the
four
screws

fastening
the
CAbinet
Bottom
and
open
the
battery
compartment
lid.
2.
Detach
the
Cabinet
Bottom
by
lifting
it
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow.

Detach
the
Cabinet
Bottom,
and
unsolder
the
lead
wires
(black
and
red)
from
the
battery
terminals
and
the
Reverse
switch
leads
(red
and
blue)
from
the
switch.

Remove
the
screw
(5)
detach
the
P.C.Board
by
lifting
it
in
the
directionofthearrow.

unit

caution
not
to
damage
the
FPCs
of
the
Motor
and
Head.
