  Poor cooling in your Sanyo Freezer can occur due to several factors. The ambient temperature might be too high, or the door isn't shut tightly. Ensure the inner lid is correctly installed and the set temperature on the controller is properly adjusted. Check that the grille isn't blocked and the filter isn't clogged—clean the filter when the filter check lamp blinks. Avoid direct sunlight or nearby heating sources. Make sure the rubber cap and insulation for the access port are correctly set. Avoid placing too many unfrozen items in the freezer at once, and prevent excessive frost accumulation.

  If the CO back-up test switch 2 on your Sanyo Freezer isn't operating normally (assuming the back-up system is provided), the liquid CO cylinder might be empty, or its valve might not be opened. If the ambient temperature is too high, move the liquid CO cylinder to a cooler location. For cylinder checks, adjustments, installation, or relocation, inquire with liquid CO suppliers.

  Noise from your Sanyo Freezer can arise from several sources. Ensure the freezer is installed on a sturdy floor and isn't touching anything. Level the freezer using the leveling feet. Note that larger noises can occur immediately after starting refrigeration or when the chamber temperature is high due to a large load; the noise should diminish as the chamber temperature decreases.

  The alarm test key on your Sanyo Freezer won't work if the power switch is OFF. If only the buzzer or only the alarm is activated by the alarm test key, the unactuated part is out of order and must be replaced.
