• “Alarms” – keeping pressed, 0 or # may trigger alarm (✶ - fire alarm, 0 – call for
medical assistance, # - PANIC alarm).
• “Signalling entry/exit delay...” – keypad may signal audibly entry and exit delays in
partitions operated from the keypad.
• „Auto-backlight” – violation of a zone indicated or counting-down the entry delay
for a specified zone may switch on backlighting of keypad keys and display.
• “Characters” – it is possible to define, which characters are used for signalling
statuses of zones in function “Zone viewing” (this function shows status of 32
zones at the keypad display, similar to LED keypads).
Connection of expansion modules
Control panel CA-64 is provided with two buses designed for connecting the
expansion modules (expanders). Both buses have the same priority and are serviced
in parallel (in has no meaning, which modules are connected to each bus). All
modules are connected in parallel, and up to 32 modules may be connected to each
bus.
Data transmission is carried out via DT1, CK1 and COM for the first bus, and via
DT2, CK2 and COM for the second bus. Additionally, power supply for modules is
provided at +EX1 and +EX2 terminals. Both power supply outputs are connected to
