5. Remove the wheel retainer bolt holding down the
spare tire.
6. Remove the compact spare tire. See Compact
Spare Tire on page 5-88 for more information
about the compact spare tire.
7. Remove the wing-bolt on the jack, and remove the
jack and wheel wrench.
8. Remove the Velcro
®
straps holding the bag
containing the wheel wrench. Remove the wheel
wrench from the bag.
9. Fold out the socket portion of the wrench from
the handle.
The tools you’ll be using include the jack (A) and wheel
wrench (B).
