How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK
R
FASTENER (Refer to th e enlarged diagram.)
1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of t he adjoining part.
NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the
hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER.
2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.
You may notice a separation of the plastic and a “popping” noise while
tightening the FASTENER. These are both intended design features.
- Position the TOP (C) as shown.
NOTE: Be sure the long finished edge is facing up.
- Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the TOP (C). Tighten the TWIST-LOCK

FASTENERS in the RIGHT END.
NOTE: Be sure the finished edge of the RIGHT END is facing up.
- Fasten the SHELF (D) and BOTTOM (E) to the RIGHT END (A). Tighten the TWIST-LOCK
R
FASTENERS in
the SHELF and BOTTOM.
NOTE: Be sure the indicated holes are in the location shown. Follow the diagram.
