Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (8) to the UPRIGHT (C).
Use two 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (18).

NOTE: Be sure the edges of the METAL BRACKETS are
even with the top edge of the UPRIGHT.

Fasten the BOTTOM (E) to the UPRIGHT (C). Use two
1-3/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (13).
