    • R
      Ryan RamosAug 2, 2025
If the main burner of your Savannah Heating Indoor Fireplace won't light, ensure the valve or switches are in the “ON” position. Check for any blockages in the burner line, orifice, or ports and clean if necessary. Test the remote, wiring, and connections for defects, repairing as needed. If these steps don't solve the issue, it may be a defective valve, requiring assistance from a qualified service technician.

Why won't the pilot light stay lit on my Savannah Heating OD2000-45?
    • J
      Jimmy MaldonadoAug 9, 2025
If the pilot light on your Savannah Heating Indoor Fireplace won't stay lit, the flame may not be properly impinging on the thermocouple. Adjust and clean the pilot to ensure the flame engulfs the thermocouple. Check for defective thermocouples and replace if needed. Ensure all wire connections at the gas valve terminals are tight and the thermocouple is fully inserted into the mounting bracket. Check for open wire connections in the pilot circuit, defective valves (check with your voltmeter) and defective safety circuit (check continuity, tighten wiring or connections, and repair).

How to fix an intermittent pilot light on my Savannah Heating OD2000-45?
    • T
      Tyler SanchezAug 17, 2025
If the pilot light on your Savannah Heating Indoor Fireplace is intermittent, there might be several reasons: * There might be no spark at the electrode. Align the electrode with a 1/8” (3mm) gap to the pilot hood. * There might be poor connections at the starter and ignition electrode. Reconnect if loose. * There might be a broken ceramic cover on the ignition electrode. Replace the pilot assembly. * The battery power might be low or dead. Replace the batteries. * There might be no gas or low gas pressure. Turn on shut-off valves. * There might be air in gas lines. Purge gas lines. * Gas lines may not be connected. Connect all gas lines. * Low pressure may be caused by a bent line. Check for a kinked line.
