Manual Operation in an Emergency
You can use manual operation to bring the lift to the next landing in the event
of a battery failure or equipment breakdown.
Before proceeding with manual operation, you MUST
switch off the main power switch.
Moving the Lift in an Emergency
1 Switch off the main power switch.
2 Remove the plug from the motor cover and insert the handwheel on the
motor shaft (see Figure 12 below).
3 Tighten the brake lever to release the motor brake and turn the handwheel
until the closest landing has been reached. This process is very slow.
