ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

PANEL
1) Place legs on a flat surface taking care not to scratch. Insert 8mm dowels (A) into holes with light
hammer.
Screw cam pins (B) carefully into 5mm holes, to top of the thread, using cross slot screwdriver.
Repeat process for the other three legs.
2) Ensure cams (C) are inserted in the panel with the arrow pointing to the edge. Carefully locate the
panel onto the dowels and cam pins. When in place, turn the cam clockwise with cross-slot screwdriver to
lock.
Ensure the legs are attached to the panel in pairs ie: dowel holes are facing the same way.

Prepare Legs for Assembly

Insert 8mm dowels into leg holes and screw cam pins into the designated holes.

Attach Panel to Legs

Locate the panel onto dowels and cam pins, then turn cams clockwise to lock.

Fitting Rails & Slats

Attach Side Rails to Bed Ends

Locate and secure side rails to the assembled bed ends using bolts and barrel nuts.

Install Mattress Slat Base

Secure mattress slats across side rails with correct spacing and screws.

Regular Bolt Checks

Recommended periodic checking and tightening of all bolts for safety.

Fitting To Starter Bed

Connect Bunk Conversion to Starter Bed

Attach bunk conversion legs to the starter bed using connector fittings and securing mechanisms.

Ladder Assembly & Fixing To Bed

Assemble Ladder Sides and Treads

Assemble ladder sides and treads using bolts and allen key.

Fix Ladder to Bed Frame

Connect ladder to bunk bed frame using fitting D and existing bolts.
