QUESTION
ANSWER
The unit does not perform the SMS command, even though I
receive conrmaons that the command is executed.
• No connection between the remote control and the heat pump. Check the
installation and make sure that the remote control is pointed at the heat
pump indoor unit.
The unit will not respond to a text message and will not execute
commands despite all indicaon lights lighng as they should.
• Check if the SIM card works using a standard mobile phone.
• Prepaid cards, check if there is money on the card.

is running out. Check that the external power supply is working and is
connected.

• The unit has lost external power. Check that the adapter is working and is
connected.
