TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
WEB CONFIGURATION INTERFACE
INACCESSIBLE
If you are using a tablet or phone connected to a WiFi network:
 Check the WiFi connection between the device and the router.
 Make sure that the WiFi connection light is on.
If the error continues, this means that the problem must come from your hardware. In this case, contact technical
support.
RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS
 Using a sharp object such as a pen or paperclip, press the reset button on the back panel of the router and
keep it pressed for approximately five seconds until the router restarts.
 Once the original parameters have been restored, you can access the router from your web browser and
reprogram.
