Ensures operators are at least 16 years old and supervised, not distracted, and aware of risks.
Machine must be on firm ground with sufficient stability and workplace well-illuminated.
Check mains lines, do not use defective lines, and pay attention to rotation direction.
Install machine upright and stable on firm ground with sufficient illumination.
Check for damages like drag marks, kinks, cuts, or aging insulation.
Choose grinding direction based on requirement: against for rough removal, with for precision.
Fill reservoir, do not grind without water, and empty regularly to prevent buildup.
Use the angle measurer to set the desired angle by adjusting the universal support height.
Clamp tool, turn on motor, and press tool evenly onto the stone, moving crosswise.
Impregnate leather disc with oil and abrasive paste; distribute paste with circular movements.
