6.2 In IO-Link mode
6.2.1 LED does not flash (at 1Hz - 90% duty cycle)
Possible cause Corrective action
No voltage supply Check the voltage supply and
apply voltage if necessary
Sensor cable broken Replace sensor cable
IO-Link connection disconnected Establish IO-Link connection via
software
6.2.2 LED flashes at 10Hz and [5] Teach Error is displayed under
Sensor Command Reply

Poor magnetic field -> sensor
mounted at incorrect position
Mount sensor in the correct
position as per the gripper's

6.3 In SIO mode
6.3.1 Sensor not operating
1. Check whether the sensor cable is broken.
2. Check whether the voltage at the sensor is between 18 -
30VDC.
3. Check whether the LED lights up at the position to be sensed
and that the sensor is operating.
NOTE
If the LED does not light up or the sensor is not operating,
contact SCHUNK Service.
