TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event of any fault:
•
• disconnect the power supply.
• based on the instructions given in the table below, some minor issues can be corrected by the user.
Please check the consecutive points in the table before you refer the repair to customer service.
Problem Reason Remedy
1. The appliance does not work no power check the mains power is on
2. Oven lighting does not work. loose or damaged bulb Replace the blown bulb (see

3. E00 error Oven temperature reading error You cannot use the oven. Please
refer the repair to customer
service.
4. E01 error Meat probe temperature reading
error
The message disappears once
the meat probe is unplugged. The
oven can be used without the
meat probe
5. Cooling fan does not work
main circuit breaker. Refer the repair to customer service.
If the problem is not resolved, disconnect the power supply and report the fault to customer service.
