The SEL-3355-2 has a battery to maintain its internal real-time clock. If the unit is not plugged in for a long
period of time (e.g., in excess of a year) this battery may become depleted. It is recommended that the battery
be replaced if the
SEL-3355-2 has been in storage for longer than one year.
