Daily Maintenance Activities

Spray silicone onto a cloth and turn flywheel until rim is clean and lubricated.

Activity 7: Lubricate Seat and Handlebar Posts

Remove seat and handlebar posts and lubricate with silicone-based spray.

Monthly Maintenance Activities

Activity 8: Check Crank Arm Bolts

Check crank arm bolts are tight using an 8mm Allen key and tighten clockwise if needed.

Activity 9: Remove Brake Pads

Remove brake pads by adjusting tension knob and using a 4mm Allen wrench or screws.

Activity 10: Slide Brake Pads

Slide brake pads out by applying lateral pressure; ensure correct side for handed pads.

Activity 11: Lubricate Brake Pads

Spray brake pads with silicone, replace, and tighten knob for 30 mins to lubricate.

Activity 12: Lubricate Drive Chain

Lubricate drive chain through rear access hole with Teflon lubricant, do not over-lubricate.

Quarterly Maintenance Activities

Activity 13: Lubricate Knob Thread

Remove shroud, lubricate tension knob thread with multipurpose grease.
