Release the brake knob to the least resistance at the end of each workout.
Remove handlebar post, clean sleeve, and allow to dry overnight.
Spray silicone onto a clean cloth and wipe down the bike to preserve its condition.
Check pedal threads and other loose parts (pop pins, seat, etc.) and tighten as needed.
Clean and lubricate all pop pin threads with silicone-based spray.
Spray silicone onto a cloth and turn flywheel until rim is clean and lubricated.
Remove seat and handlebar posts and lubricate with silicone-based spray.
Check crank arm bolts are tight using an 8mm Allen key and tighten clockwise if needed.
Remove brake pads by adjusting tension knob and using a 4mm Allen wrench or screws.
Slide brake pads out by applying lateral pressure; ensure correct side for handed pads.
Spray brake pads with silicone, replace, and tighten knob for 30 mins to lubricate.
Lubricate drive chain through rear access hole with Teflon lubricant, do not over-lubricate.
Remove shroud, lubricate tension knob thread with multipurpose grease.
