2. Adjust tube.
Caution: Do not lift the Seatpost or Handlebar posts above
the MAX mark on the tube.
3. Release pin and turn clockwise to lock. Tighten knob until snug
and post is secure without wobble.
Emergency Stop
1. Push down on red knob to stop ywheel.
